These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the mexicapitale.com website and the MexiCapitale technology platform (hereinafter, the "Platform"), owned by MexiCapitale Analítica S.A.P.I. de C.V. By accessing or using the site, you fully and expressly accept these Terms.
The Platform is a SaaS solution that organises and presents public and institutional information for strictly informational purposes and to support business decision-making. The Platform does not constitute professional advice and does not guarantee specific results.
1. Nature of the service
The service is strictly technological and informational in nature. MexiCapitale does not perform financial intermediation, public fund solicitation, asset management, and does not offer services regulated by the Securities Market Law, the Credit Institutions Law or the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions.
2. Registration and user data
The user undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date and complete information during registration. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this site.
3. Permitted use
The user may use the Platform only for lawful, personal or internal corporate purposes. The following is prohibited: (i) reproducing, distributing or commercialising the content without express authorisation; (ii) attempting to access restricted areas of the system; and (iii) using the Platform for activities contrary to applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
All content, dashboards, text, images, code and graphic elements of the site are the property of MexiCapitale or its licensors and are protected by the Federal Copyright Law and other applicable regulations in the United Mexican States.
5. Limitation of liability
The information presented on the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". MexiCapitale does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or absolute timeliness of the data, nor the outcome of decisions made based on such information. The user acknowledges that use of the service is at their own responsibility.
6. Availability of the platform
MexiCapitale may suspend, modify or discontinue the Platform, in whole or in part, for operational, maintenance or security reasons, without generating any indemnification obligation.
7. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page indicating the date of last update.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
