MexiCapitale Analítica S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter "MexiCapitale"), with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 222, Floor 18, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc Borough, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the mexicapitale.com website, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and applicable Guidelines.
This Privacy Notice is intended to inform data subjects about the purposes of processing, the security measures implemented and the mechanisms to exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO).
1. Personal data collected
We collect only the personal data necessary for the purposes described: full name, corporate email address, company or organisation (optional) and technical browsing data such as IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and access date.
2. Purposes of processing
The data is used to: (i) address requests received through the form; (ii) send institutional information related to the platform; (iii) improve the experience and performance of the site; and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations. Data is never used for activities regulated by the Mexican Securities Market Law or the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions.
3. Data transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties other than our technology processors (hosting, transactional email and analytics), who operate under processing agreements as data processors with security measures equivalent to ours.
4. Security measures
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data, including in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), role-based access control and audit logs. The information is kept for the strictly necessary time to fulfil the purposes described.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection, as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to contact@mexicapitale.com.mx indicating your full name, means of contact and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days.
6. Changes to the notice
Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be published in this same section of the website, indicating the date of last update. We suggest that you review it periodically.
